The ability to recognize a necessary correction comes from knowledge and experience and yet the change made may still be wrong.
Corrections do not negate all that is being done. The corrections pointed out should be specific and clear on why the alteration is important.
When we have an open mind and are dedicated to self and collective improvement there is a consistent editing process.
Embrace the revisions while appreciating the greatness that is being chased.
The acceptance that there is a potential better way of doing what is currently in motion is a growing mindset. The more we strive to correct and move forward the more progress is made.
