Most will not understand what is done or how it’s done but they’ll witness something.
If things go well the work could be applauded and credit is sometimes given.
When things are not working, that same noise will turn into scrutiny.
Whether we are on center stage or behind the scenes, we can and should give our best effort in all that we do.
