Clearing space…

We should pull away when Recognizing that our teammate needs more space to operate in.

Our helping instinct is to get closer however moving further might be the best thing in order for others to utilize more space and add to the collective in a more productive manner.

The harder it is to accomplish the bigger the expression.

We can strive to reach our goals and celebrate each little, medium and big size win along the way.

Staying the course…

Do what is said to be done.

We are often met with new and unexpected tasks that will interrupt our schedule.

In the moment, we may feel we are doing a nice thing by handling the surprise immediately but further damage will be done.

The time will keep moving and lost time will hinder a future promise that is expected to be kept.

Some surprises are urgent and others deserve to be silenced.
