We all need them.
The most effective ones are those that make us feel the urgency and are delivered by another human being.
An alarm might remind us however we can shut it off and easily forget.
Now the tone of someone’s voice, the look they give and the words used to remind us will really make the difference.
Those who need constant reminders are avoiding full responsibility.
If we are fortunate to have people who are caring and offering reminders we can value them with a thank you and making strides for remembering ourselves the next time around.
