Sometimes we truly do not know what needs to be done due to a lack of experience, preparation or knowledge. Other times, we are certain of what must be done because of our familiarity, planning and understanding.
Hesitation or delay because of the level of effort that is required to do the necessary task is a sign of disinterest.
If we are doing something we understand and love then there is no gauge of the effort exerted, we just act on the thing to be done.
A team exists when all members are contributing through desire, cohesion and accountability.
If we realize we are continuously avoiding the things that need to be done because of the effort required, the question should arise if it’s time for a change.
